From June 25 to 28, the University
of Applied Arts Vienna will present a wide range of artistic and scientific projects, including graduation works. A multidisciplinary
programme accompanies the exhibitions and demonstrates how the Angewandte generates impulses for society across disciplinary
boundaries. The project Monuments of the Future transforms Oskar-Kokoschka-Platz into a site of unexpected encounters, inviting
reflection on visions of the future and our shared role in shaping them.
EXHIBITIONSThe exhibitions are the heart of the festival – in the department’s rooms, students present their works—what they have lived,
thought, created, and tried out over the course of the year.
Most exhibitions can be visited daily from 11 a.m. to 9
                                          p.m. at the university’s main buildings around Oskar-Kokoschka-Platz: Oskar-Kokoschka-Platz 2, 1010 Vienna (OKP-Ferstel Wing
                                          + OKP-Schwanzer Wing) Vordere Zollamtsstraße 7, 1030 Vienna (VZA) Georg-Coch-Platz 2, 1010 Vienna (GCP, formerly PSK). Find
                                          more information

Further exhibitions can be seen at the annexes of the university, including Paulusplatz (Site-Specific Art and Sculpture
and Space) and the University Gallery at Heiligenkreuzerhof, as well as other off-site venues (see “Exhibitions in the City”).
