Water Healing is a collective project to create a large-scale
mural (12 meters wide) led by MAHKU, Huni Kuin artists’ collective recognized for its large-scale works.

Research funding
This call invites researchers to submit proposals
for exploratory, interdisciplinary research projects that advance the conceptualization of resilience in relation to selected
crises—primarily with regard to their societal dimensions. The project must be led by a social scientist. Projects should
initiate structured collaboration with other scientific disciplines and with relevant practitioner communities, and employ
methodological approaches capable of anticipating potential future crises.

Funded by the Alpha+ Foundation of the
FWF, the Cluster of Excellence EurAsian Transformations is able to make available funding for extended study and research
stays in Asia. The thematic focus should be on the application of digital tools and methods to the study of cultural heritage,
including topics of economic and social relevance.

The Biesse International
Design Award 2026 invites students and emerging designers to develop innovative concepts for objects and furnishings
capable of transforming residential and commercial spaces through a multi-material approach. Projects are expected to explore
the dialogue between design, technology and materials, combining at least two materials among those processed with Biesse
technologies — wood, glass, stone, plastic and composite materials, or metal — highlighting the potential of advanced manufacturing
processes.
